CRNA behind-the-scenes consultation of personal injury and medical malpractice cases involving a wide range of specialties, from emergency services to the operating room and the critical care setting. The purpose of the consultation will be to discuss relevant case details and/or medical decision making in order to provide initial feedback on merit, discuss strengths and weaknesses, and outline the case’s direction.
The preliminary consultation will include a phone call or Zoom video call, split into 30 minute increments.

Merit Review
Full review of records with chronology and narrative report

Record review with the goal of determining if a personal injury or medical malpractice case is deemed meritorious or non-meritorious.
Results can either be discussed over a 30-60 phone or Zoom call, or provided through a brief written summary of events.
Written Report to include:
Relevant providers, if applicable
Brief chronological narrative summary with identification of failures/breaches of standards of care, if applicable
Identification of relevant duties, damages and breaches of those duties related to causation if merit is found

With the goal of avoiding the time and expense of a lawsuit, a Demand Letter is a formal document provided for personal injury or medical malpractice cases that is designed to clearly and persuasively outline the claim to the at-fault party or their insurance company.
The Demand Letter will include:
Pertinent treating providers, if applicable
Chronological narrative summary of pertinent events, with sustained and persistent damages identified
Identification of potentially relevant missing reports or medical records to be requested, if necessary

A complete and meticulously researched and detailed work product.
Included in this comprehensive service:
Chronological report of all pertinent medical and legal events complete with explanation and relevance of medical diagnoses, events, treatments and terminology
Narrative Report complete with:
Pertinent treating providers
List of relevant injuries, additional medical diagnoses and studies performed
Chronological summary of events
CRNA-backed medical legal opinion
Billing summary
Relevant missing records
Expert witness recommendations
Possible defenses to be used by opposing counsel, such as relevant pre-existing conditions and potential contributory negligence
Relevant research and illustrations, if necessary
